The traction belt is used in the single facer, mainly to smoothly convey the laminated single corrugated paper on the single facer to the subsequent process, while keeping the cardboard flat to prevent problems such as deviation and wrinkles. It is usually made of cotton material, woven from multiple layers of cotton yarn, with good flexibility and appropriate friction to adapt to a certain degree of bending and stably convey the cardboard.

Corrugating roller is an important key part of the single facer.

Our raw materials are made of high-quality alloy steel, which has good stability and high hardness. The surface is coated with imported tungsten powder, which has a longer service life.

Corrugating Roller

Pressure Roller

The pressure roller is usually located just above the corrugating roller of the single facer. It forms a key pressure zone or bonding zone with the corrugating roller below. The core function is to apply pressure to promote bonding. Our pressure rollers are made of high-quality steel materials and can withstand huge pressure without deformation. The surface is also precisely processed (such as grinding, polishing) and chrome-plated, which is smooth and wear-resistant.

Glue Roller

Our glue rollers are made of high-strength alloy steel, and the surface is precisely ground and polished to achieve a mirror finish. Its function is to accurately control the amount of glue transferred to the tip of the corrugated paper to ensure that the glue layer is uniform and appropriate, which is crucial to the bonding quality and paperboard strength.

NC Cut Off Knive

NC cut off knives mainly used for NC cut off machine.

Material have Solid/Inlay/ASP HSS. It has gone through a complete set of production processes such as strict forging, tempering, quenching, pressure sintering, fine grinding, demagnetization, and rust prevention to achieve the best quality and performance.

Slitting Blade

The raw material of slitting blades is YG15 alloy, which has high strength, compression and bending resistance.

Tungsten carbide coating, high hardness, long service life.

The professionally designed knife edge angle conforms to the principle of mechanics, and it is not easy to stick glue when slitting.

Tension Balance Roller

Our tension balance roller uses the seesaw principle to appropriately adjust the force of the original paper before it contacts the pre-heater, so that the entire paper width is effectively heated and the temperature and humidity are more uniform.

Spray Humidification System

Our spray humidification system is mainly used to adjust the moisture content of the base paper, and effectively control the warping problem caused by uneven moisture content of the base paper during the production process of the cardboard.

It can also compensate the moisture of the cardboard, increase the flexibility of the paper fiber, prevent cardboard bursting by dry weather and insufficient moisture.

Steam Acceleration System

Steam acceleration system mainly installed on double facer inlet in cardboard production line is a device to increase the speed of the production line.

The steam sprayed from the stepped steam box can quickly and evenly heat the middle layer of the paperboard, causing the glue at the flute tip to gelatinize quickly, thereby speeding up the production line.
